Walmart Distribution Center Fire — possible $140 million in insured losses

Very interested in what caused this fire. “Act of war” is excluded on virtually all commercial property policies while terrorism is covered if the client paid an additional premium. This can get very sticky as the situation worsens. Forest fires that take entire towns, etc.
