There are many other moves the truckers can make, such as disabling their own trucks and leaving them sitting at home. Disabling to make it difficult for OGCAN to steal the trucks. OGCAN can still do it, but with increased friction.

I was just told by one of the US Trucker Convoy organizers that US Truckers are joining in huge numbers, as are others who are not truck drivers but who have cars, motorcycles, pickups, and more.
