We found this group deep in the jungle inside The Gap.

Senafront (Panama border patrol) told us we were the first white people out there since this new route opened through village Canaan. And then caveated saying a 55 year-old former Russian Soldier crossed for adventure and was very fit and reading.

We just got in and are showering and cleaning gear then dinner and write.

Was out there with Ben Bergquam, Matt Tomlett. I actually reconned this village last week but Senafront didn’t see me.
